Re: Missing campaigns and ad groups when hitting the AdWords API?

Hi Anthony,

We looked into this some more, and the issue turns out to be that the Google account is viewing data for multiple Customer IDs in the UI, but when we try to access this data via the API, data for one of the Customer IDs isn't returned. When we try to access the data for this Customer ID, we get the following error:

HTTP code: 400

AuthorizationError.USER_PERMISSION_DENIED

Is there something we need to do to grant this Google account API access to an additional Customer ID?

There are a few reasons why some campaigns and ad groups do not show up in your reports. Like Peter said, you should make sure includeZeroImpressions is set to FALSE. Another reason they may not show up is because the campaigns or ad groups were removed. If you would like to include them as well, you could add a predicate that looks for ENABLED, PAUSED, and REMOVED.
