Adwords not visible?

Hey am new to google adwords first time i try to post adwords for my particular keyword.I ddon't haave TAN number so i use personal account to do this payment activity through net banking manual bid.

it shows some notification but there is no change in my bank account and also my adword not visible wwhat can i do now please suggest mme some idea i have enclosed the screenshot for your reference thanks advance
