Hi,

In order to use the AdWords API you will first need to sign up for an AdWords account. Please see our step by step guide for the sign up process. Once you finish the guide, you can start making api calls by creating a test account, downloading the client libraries for the language you prefer and setting up the credentials. Once your developer token has been approved, you may then be able to make calls using not just your test accounts but also your production accounts.
