Thank you for answer. Yeah, I did. I have  client id, client secret (...) but it is error. I have a url for refresh token but I have 400 error when I was flow url

Did you follow this guide on how to create OAuth credentials and refresh token? Make sure you are generating the refresh token using the same login you used to create the credentials.
