Yes, we enabled the SOAP and we can get the SOAP trace for successful calls. But if the call failed, seems the API request/response is not logged in the trace. I will send over the customer ID and FeedId separately. Thanks!

If you haven't yet, you may refer to this guide (in Java) on how to enable it and send the SOAP request and response so I can further investigate. If you have already enabled logging and there was no SOAP XML generated, you may send your customer ID and the feed ID that failed. Please reply using Reply privately to author.
