Exact match keywords in Keywords Performance Report

Hi, 

I'm not getting exact match keywords from the Criteria column in the Keywords Performance report. I'm using AWQL to fetch Criteria and some other columns, only filtering by date.

Any clues? And what is the difference between Criteria and Keywords?
