BudgetOrder. I was dropped from BudgetOrder whitelist

Hello.

We have used BudgetOrderService for 2 months. But today we get error [NotWhitelistedError.CUSTOMER_NOT_WHITELISTED_FOR_API @ ; trigger:'Manager 6835091916 is not whitelisted under RESELLER or AGENCY']. We can create BudgetOrder from Adwords UI successfully.

What is the problem?
