I selected CreativeFinalUrls in my selector and it worked. But I still don't know why I need to add that field in the selector.

Did you select CreativeFinalUrls in your selector in the AdGroupAdService? If not, please try that and see if it works. 

Alternatively, you can run the Ad Performance Report and get the final URLs there.
