The problem is that the server is still working.
Ports 3050, 3100, 1924, which uses the application are enabled on the firewall.
Application fbserver.exe also add to the firewall exceptions.
The files are firebird.conf entries:
RemoteServicePort = 3050
RemoteAuxPort = 3100.
no #
Despite this, errors occur.
