Failed to get campaigns. Exception says "Exception of type 'Google.Api.Ads.AdWords.Lib.AdWordsCredentialsExpiredException' was thrown."

When I'm using Adwords API Oauth demo this error message shows up.

I've been configure web.config also generate my Oauth2 Refresh Token but this error shows up.
Any idea what's the problem about?
