RESPONSE_SIZE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED : Maximum number of objects in google ad words (Location targets and ad extensions)

There was a similar question asked and answered in 2012. Just want to make sure that the following limits still exist as we have started getting RESPONSE_SIZE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED error. We have implemented proper paging of 10,000 entities per page but I believe now we are hitting limit of 150,000 per request.

We are getting this issue with location targets (campaign criterion service) and ad extensions. If following limits still exist, we can start sending only 100 campaign ids in the request so that we never reach 150K limit. But want someone from Google to confirm them!

These are the limits for an AdWords account:

• 10,000 campaigns (includes active and paused campaigns)
• 20,000 ad groups per campaign
• 10,000 keywords per ad group
• 300 display ads per ad group (includes image ads)
• 4 million active or paused ads per account
• 5 million keywords per account
• 10,000 location targets (targeted and excluded) per campaign, including up to 500 proximity targets per campaign
• 100,000 active ad extensions per account
• 1.3 million references to ad extensions per account*
