Hi Joyce, 

I saw from the customer match comm doc says 1M emails address could be passed per API call.

On your example you're saying to set an empty list and then mutate it N times until completion at 10k records per mutate. What does the 1M record limit apply to? Would that work such that if the list was under 1M they'd just do it in one pass, and if it was >= 1M they'd want to load the first 1M in the first pass, then do N mutate requests @ 10k each until fully loaded?

As far as I know, BatchJobService does not support UserListOperation. Please refer to this page to see the supported operations. Also, you can process up to 10, 000 userlists in a single mutate call and add up to 10, 000 email addresses for each userlist.
