-- Universal App Campaigns are only supported in AdWords Reports at the moment. You'll not be able to use CampaignService to retrieve your Universal App Campaigns. You should use Campaign Performance Report like Zweitze suggests to retrieve UAC campaigns. You need to look for rows which have AdvertisingChannelType as MULTI_CHANNEL or AdvertisingChannelSubtype as UNIVERSAL_APP_CAMPAIGN.
