Which ConversionTypes are included in the Conversion metric is determined by the ConversionTracker.excludeFromBidding attribute. A value of false means that conversions from the tracker will be included in Conversions.

 

Are PLAs/Shopping only purchase sale?

This depends on which ConversionTypes (and their categories) you choose to trigger from your shopping ads.

 

Also, what is the difference between ConversionCategoryName and  ConversionTypeName?

 ConversionCategoryName is one of the predefined values listed for the ConversionTracker.category enum, so you could, for example, have multiple ConversionTracker objects with the same category. In contrast, ConversionTypeName is the unique name of the individual ConversionTracker.
