Re: INVALID_BILLING_ACCOUNT_ID_FORMAT

Hi,

There was a change in the v201605 version of AdWords API where the billingAccountId field of BudgetOrder must now be a 16-digit number formatted as xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx. Please see the v201605 migration guide for a summary of the breaking changes introduced in this version. You can retrieve the list of valid 16-digit billing account IDs using BudgetOrderService.getBillingAccounts, as described in the Budget Order Service guide.
