pending Approval for Developer Token

When i requested for developer token approval i received email from Google Adword API review team stating that

"According to our records, your AdWords manager account (MCC) does not appear to have much history with AdWords. Please keep in mind that the AdWords API is designed for companies that have a large number of campaigns to manage.  If you recently created a new AdWords manager account (MCC) and linked your existing accounts, you may disregard this notice. 

If you are still interested in the using the AdWords API, please link any existing AdWords accounts to your MCC account."

According to our company, AdWords manager account (MCC) appear to have much history with AdWords and the company has  large number of campaigns to manage.

Can you please let me know when this will be approved and how much time does it take for the approval?
