Re: Getting zero impression rows after setting setting includeZeroImpression to False

Hi Ketaki,

I'm double-checking to make sure this is expected behavior. So far, it looks like it is expected. If so, we'll be updating our documentation. Thanks for bringing this up.

Best,
Nadine, AdWords API Team

Thank you Vishal. I checked by including impressions in the report fields, and it has non-zero values.

So now we can say that,

"includeZeroImpressions = false represents,
rows are excluded only if all specified metric fields along with impressions in the query have zero values."

Regards,
Ketaki.

We've got the same problem. We use versions v201605 and v201607. Is there a problem in google server?

Hi Sachin,

There should be no scenario in which you should get null when calling getCustomers. If you are encountering this, please create a new thread with more details.

Re: BatchJobService - what is the purpose of incremental upload?

Hi,

Incremental uploads allow you to send multiple upload requests to the batch job. For example, if you have different types of operations, like CampaignOperation, AdGroupAdOperation, etc., you can separate these and send in different upload requests to the uploadUrl. Or if you have a large number of keywords to add, you could make sub-sets of these keywords and submit each set separately.

The code in the AddKeywordsUsingIncrementalBatchJob example, between lines 141 and 152, checks if the list of operations has reached KEYWORDS_PER_UPLOAD and uploads the current list of operations.

I hope this helps.

Regards,
Shwetha, AdWords API Team.

Sounds like the user running gbak has insufficient rights to create a file in the target folder.

Have you tried the highest rated email app?
With 4.5 stars in iTunes, the Yahoo Mail app is the highest rated email app on the market. What are you waiting for? Now you can access all your inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, AOL and more) in one place. Never delete an email again with 1000GB of free cloud storage.

Re: Fatal Error: invalid_request

Same problem here, have been getting "error":"invalid_request" responses on RefreshAccessToken requests starting early yesterday.  They happen frequently, but usually one or more retries succeeds in getting an access token.

We're on v201607 using the same OAuth2 credentials we've been using for months with no changes on our side.  Seems pretty clear this is an issue on the Google side of things.

Re: [firebird-support] gbak error

Can you show us the permissions of the directory that you are trying to write to?  And also of the database file that you are trying to back up?

And is there an existing fbk that you are trying to overwrite or is it a new file?

And what user and group are you using to perform the gbak along with the flags.

Does anything show up in dmesg that would indicate some kind of I/O error or hard disk starting to go bad?

Why {creative} attribute is not getting replaced by the Ad ID when using a tracking template?

Hello,
I'm new using Google AdWords API, and we are building an intermediate layer to collect some statistics for the Ad Clicks.
We are trying to add a tracking template URL to an Ad, and using some attributes, something like:
http://www.example.com/?url={lpurl}&cid={campaignid}&gid={adgroupid}&adid={creative}

When I click the "Test" button, it all the tokens gets replaced by the right value, except for the {creative} token does not get replaced by the Ad ID and it gets replaced by 0

What are we doing wrong here?

Thanks,
