How to run click to download ads campaign on Google Adwords by using 3rd party destination URLs

Hi,

I tried running a campaign on Google Adwords by providing a 3rd party destination URL in tracking template and providing the App store URL in Final URL. Here are the details:

Tracking Template: http://click.affle.co/1415775936/joy/launch/index_android_adwords.php?ad2cid=1423562532/ad2c_cpd/&affle&referrer=

Final URL: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.earn.joy&hl=en

But when i click on ad it doesn't re-direct the user via 3rd party URL, instead it re-directs the user directly to the App Store. Can you please suggest what am i doing wrong here?
