Hi Alex,
-- The feed created when you add Callout Extensions will be named as "Main Callout Feed". Using the symbol "_" will result in an unspecified character error. This guide provides more details on creating Ad Extensions using the API. A sample code snippet to create Callout Extensions is provided under the section "Callout Extensions" in this guide. If a feed isn't already created by AdWords, you'll not be able to get it using the API either. If you create Callout Extensions using the API, the "Main Callout Feed" is created automatically and these extensions are added to the feed.
Regards,
Shwetha, AdWords API Team.
