Hi Caihua,

Could you confirm if you have enabled SOAP in your client library? If you haven't yet, you may refer to this guide (in Java) on how to enable it and send the SOAP request and response so I can further investigate. Let me know if you are using a different language so I can provide the appropriate guide. 

If you have already enabled logging and there was no SOAP XML generated, you may send your customer ID and the feed ID that failed. Please reply using Reply privately to author.
