Dynamic Remarketing display image ad layout via API

Hello,

We have Dynamic Remarketing campaign in adwords account with some display image ads. It shows ad type as 'TemplateAd' & template id 311. 

In Template Element details it shows 30 field elements and last element has below details.

Name -> Layout

Type-> ENUM

FieldText-> Optimized

FieldMedia->

We are not able to change the layout from Optimized to ''DoubleImg_1a' using AdGroupAdService API.

Is there any other options?
