Get campaign by its ads display url

Hi Guys

We are looking for the best way to fetch only campaigns that contains ads that would lead the visitor to webpage aaa.com (for example). campaigns that contains adgroups (and eventually ads) that leads to bbb.com will not be fetched. 

What would be the best way to implement such query?
