Hi Ryan,

Most of the ads are reviewed within 1 business day. However, you may check if Ad Customizer can be a help for you if you need to update some information of the ads in real-time, but it generally undergoes under specific approval process as well. Also, we cannot guarantee on how fast the approval speed will be.

You may post your question to the AdWords Community forum to check on the ads approval process.
